Dairy is not the solution of Weight Loss
There are lots of thinking about calcium and weight loss relation. But my aim to make you aware of the fact that \"adding dairy to your diet does not increase weight or body fat.\"
/24-7PressRelease.com/ - May 08, 2005 - Who : According to an article published in Reuters that women that are seeking to reduce their fat or weight dairy product can not be a great help. There effect may be for short term.
What : "After following women for one year, Indiana researchers found that those who ate the most dairy -- equivalent to 3 to 4 glasses of milk per day -- were no more likely to gain or lose weight than people who took in no more than the equivalent of 1 glass of milk per day.
These findings suggest that if dairy products have any effect on body weight, it may take longer than a year to make a noticeable difference, study author Dr. Dorothy Teegarden of Purdue University in West Lafayette told Reuters Health."
Why : Some of the facts that have revealed from the above statement is that milk, curd dairy products etc. takes significant amount of time to eliminate the unnecessary fat. This is the reason why the patient often gets annoyed because he/she is not seeing the result that is expected.
But there is also some contrast in opponent of this fact. For example this was the common feeling that calcium is the main resource to weight loss. Because of this thinking ladies have tried to take more calcium and their efforts resulted in the weight loss for them. So we can't say that this is a pure myth. More information can be obtained from the authentic sites http://www.pillslim.com,http://weightloss.about.com,http://www.freeweightloss.com.
What is the conclusion of the above description? What to do? Will we take more calcium to reduce weight or leave them? Well the answer lies in the fact that there are not very much studies that shown that the more calcium you take the more fat you lose.
Additionally it is stated that "Women's preference for calcium appeared to have no effect on their body fat or weight,"
How: When a study is applied on some young women who all are healthy, active and obese just to find out whether calcium helps to eliminate over weight. But the result was totally surprising !!! Instead of reducing their weight they are appeared to gain weight !!!! So can we imagine that taking more calcium help to gain weight. Well the answer is again "no"!!!
So you can easily imagine what is the effect of over taking of calcium on the body.
The final conclusion of this article is that there are lots of thinking about calcium and weight loss relation. But my aim to make you aware of the fact that "adding dairy to your diet does not increase weight or body fat."
