Laurie Sperandio Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Fitness Instruction
Ms. Sperandio is the 2004 New York State All Natural Fitness Champion and the 2003 New York State All Natural Masters Fitness Champion


    /Diet - Weight Loss News Articles/ - Irvington, NY, March 13, 2008, Laurie Sperandio, president of FITLAURIE, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of fitness instruction.

Ms. Sperandio has 30 years of experience in her industry and has been the president of FITLAURIE, Inc., for 10 years. She is an expert in instructing for body sculpting. Ms. Sperandio provides instructing for body sculpting and shaping by working privately and in small groups at clients' homes. She attributes her success to her love for her job, her perseverance and her ability to learn.

In 2003, Ms. Sperandio was the New York State All Natural Masters Fitness Champion, beating out the over-40 age group at the age of 52. She was named New York State All Natural Fitness Champion in 2004, placing first over all women over 20 years old, when she was 53.

A certified personal trainer, Ms. Sperandio took courses in psychology at Lehman College and Ramapo State University. She is a member of National Academy of Sports Medicine and I.D.E.A.
