Lose Up To 8 Pounds A Month With Downtown Columbus Bootcamps
Yun Fitness Bootcamps already had a location in Hilliard and Dublin, but now they are adding a third location to serve the Columbus residents to lose weight and get in better shape. The downtown location starts May 24th.

COLUMBUS, OH, May 05, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Yun Fitness Boot Camps announces its expansion, with the addition of a new trainer and a new downtown boot camp class.

The downtown camp begins May 24 and will meet both in the morning and in the evening, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Morning classes are scheduled for 5:45- 6:15 am and 6:20-6:50 am. Evening classes are scheduled for 6:00-6:30 pm. All classes will meet at the Station 67 Union Hall Firehouse, 379 W. Broad Street (near COSI).

Body weight and resistance band exercises will be featured at the downtown camp. These workouts promise to help Columbus residents lose weight, add muscle, shred body fat, and look better naked. Each workout is different and designed to keep things interesting and fun. "I love working with the resistance bands," says current boot camp participant Sarah Borich. "They're easy to use and help me get a great strength workout."

To lead the downtown boot camp, fitness expert Bethany Kyre has joined the Yun team. Kyre captained the Ohio State University women's rowing team and is an assistant coach for the Greater Columbus Rowing Association. An active trail runner, she plans to attend the National Outdoor Leadership School.
