The extraordinary Father's Day menu will feature Braised Long Ribs and a Gourmet Wagyu Beef Burger. Both cuts of meat are locally produced at Briggs Ranch.

The huge Braised Long Ribs are prepared in a ginger orange sauce and served with homemade mashed potatoes. The one pound Gourmet Wagyu Beef Burger will be served with sweet potato fries.

The Chef Point on Wheels trailer will be in the Chef Point Cafe parking lot. Just call in your order, pick it up and serve it at home. If you forget or prefer not to call, just drop by and take care of your order on-site. You don't have to go inside or battle the Father's-Day crowd.
