In tandem with this program, LearningZoneXpress has introduced a new poster to inspire school children to follow the lead of Michelle Obama.

This new Eat Smart poster features a likeness of Michelle Obama created with red cabbage and papaya including pearl onion earrings and necklace. In addition to the Michelle Obama poster, the Eat Smart series includes Barack Obama, Abe Lincoln, the Statue of Liberty, George Washington, Sherlock Holmes and Albert Einstein, as well as a new version of "American Gothic."
